The Board Of Directors
Himiza Social Justice has an Advisory Board of directors—which is an executive committee that jointly provides advice and supervision of the activities of the organization. The composition of the Board is blended from different professionals and countries so as to provide a wide range of advice for the management to act upon for the betterment of the organization.
Management or Secretariat
The organization is managed by a structured management design that strives to see the organization development carries with the vision and mission set to achieve its goal.
There is Annual General Meeting (AGM) which is the supreme body and the highest organ that make the decisions of the organization followed by the Advisory Board of Directors which is a byproduct of the AGM responsible for overseeing the day to day activities of the organization.
After the Board of Directors the organization is managed by the secretariat which is comprised of the Executive Director, Assistant Executive Director and heads of departments mainly Disability Rights Advocacy Manager, Legal Aid Manager, Capacity Building Manager and Finance and Administration Manager. Each department has supporting staff (officers).
